These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Latias commerce platform, websites, and related services (together, the “Services”) provided by Latias, Inc. (“Latias,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Paid plans are billed per workspace on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees, processing rates, and applicable taxes are described at the time of purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
Where the Services facilitate payments, you authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of order and payout details and for compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.
The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by Latias, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, though certain provisions survive.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latias is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
